I love Charm City Optical because the way they treat kids, kids don't like 2 wear glasses but all the kids that were there came in with their glasses on & ready to get some new ones. It's a once a year worth while trip.

My son and I have been customers for 3 or 4 years. Twice in the last 4 months my son has broken his glasses at school and they replaced the frames at a nominal fee. Also, they are very professional and helpful!!! I love Charm City Optical!!!

Want a different pair of glasses that you will not see at some of the other optical places in the area then come here. I will go here again and again for my eyewear.

Charm City Optical conveniently located on Reistertown rd next to the plaza a great place for glasses they have quite a selection to choose from in your price range the staff is courteous and polite

Loved the set up of their establishment, and their frames are Very Nice, but Pricey,.... But I guess you Pay for what you LIKE.

Just want give ***** to Charm City Opital on Reisterstown Rd for the great customer service. They had to exchange my lens three times and even upgrade me to a more expensive lens just to correct the problem that I was having with crizal lens. The crizal lens kept having scratches/lines on the lenes when I went from hot to cold conditions. They even called me several times to apologize for the inconvenience and to keep me informed of what they were doing. They have a customer for life.
