Smooth easy experience picking out glasses for my daughter. Only downside was they never called to say they were ready. So I waited 6 weeks (they said it may take that long) to call and inquire about them and they said they were ready a month ago and that they called and left a voicemail however I checked and they definitely did not call. I should not have had to wait that long but now that my daughter has them, they are working out for her.
charm City optical is a great eyeglasses place have nice glasses the process is not long is in and out and I recommend them to everyone I know
