I just left there and never in my life experienced such rudeness. I walked in for the first time with my prescription and wanted to purchase two pair of glasses. The young lady at the counter who had green hair and popping chewing gum told me I could not walk around to look at glasses until I signed in. I signed in. Then an older lady who I was told was one of the owners came over and said I did not have to sign in since I already had my prescription. HORRIBLE 2 hours and still no exam. Had an appointment. No one communicates with you. At least let customer know you’re running behind.
Gentleman fixed glasses. however when I tried to explain to him the frames that I wanted, he hand checked me, cause he didn't want to hear it. I finished my explanation anyway. Fast forward. When my grasses were returned to me, they were dirty. He didn't even have the decency to clean them. He was rude, unprofessional and petty.

I am greatly disappointed and disgusted with the way I was treated. Staff was rude and disrespectful. What normally would take an hour to hour and a half turned into 3 hours, and the excuse was COVID, however they were full to capacity it was over 12 people waiting to be seen inside the building and more outside in cars and standing in front of the doors and it was over 15 employees inside. I just called Charm City to ask if my 2 pair of glasses (totaling $1600) were ready. I was told that I will be contacted when they are ready. And that they are very busy. I get it but, i can’t call to inquire? And she wouldn’t/didn’t even check to see if they were ready. I’m feeling some kind of way. I spend a lot of $$$ there every year, so i require a little more consideration. I was just blown off! DANG!
