I have been going to Charm City Optical for the past five years and its my favorite place for eyewear. The staff is super friendly and the manager is awesome. They have the latest eyewear fashion, and have never steered me wrong on recommendations. I have broken my glasses on several occasions and they've always came through on fixing and replacing. I recommend this spot to anyone looking for a nice pair of glasses/sunglasses, contacts, or sports goggles.
I had the great pleasure in having Natalie today. She was pleasant and very informative on which frame worked best for my prescription. She smiled bd was very hospitable. This was for my daughter also,she really appreciated the great customer service.
