RecommendedI just called Charm City to ask if my 2 pair of glasses (totaling $1600) were ready. I was told that I will be contacted when they are ready. And that they are very busy. I get it but, i can’t call to inquire? And she wouldn’t/didn’t even check to see if they were ready. I’m feeling some kind of way. I spend a lot of $$$ there every year, so i require a little more consideration. I was just blown off! DANG!

Bad experience all together rude unprofessional and everyone needs to be retrained. No communication. Had an appointment over 2 weeks ago glasses are usually ready with in a hour I still have no glasses 2 weeks later and I show up today associates are lost and confused as to what services to provide me with

At this time, we can have a limited amount of people in office and have to adhere to Covid policies. This means that services can not be completed as fast as prior but safety is priority. Be prepared for a wait! They don’t communicate at all!! If you get there at 11:30 you probably won’t see anyone until 1:15 1:30. Seriously livid

every time I've been there I've had to run around
I mean really, what ever happened to the customer is always right or just plain ole GOOD customer service. After my FB post was noticed by management I was called up and asked if they could speak with me in private. The woman who addressed me asked if I could take my post down and I said no; I had a right to my opinion. She said she was offended and would not allow her staff to be subjected to my display of dissatisfaction. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR INSURANCE BENEFITS HERE. BOTTOM LINE ISSUES: - This place has little to no respect for a certain demographic of their customers, particularly if you're getting glasses from the cheap side of the store. - If you have an issue with your glasses, they focus on arguing that it's not their fault rather than *even asking questions* to find a solution and give you your money's worth. Its a shame how these Russians treat they customers I will no longer b using this company for glasses or refer anyone to this place these ppl r very unprofessional & Lana is very rude & lies to customers if u need to go here DONT they over book appointments u will have a 2 or 3hr wait they will mess up ur prescriptions & ur glasses
If you concern about your eyes and vision ,you dont wanna be a customer at Charm City Optical. This place is not capable to do anything ,from eye exams to quality of frames and lenses! I dont understand how they stay in buissness,every glases i purchased for years ,need to be remaked or change prescription or someting else!
