This place really sucks I expected much more smh I’ll never give them my money again
I went to the facility excited about getting my new specs. Signed in, and decided to look around at the glasses. I took some pictures of frames that I thought were cute, to text to my guy to see what he thought. I was approached by am employee who stated that taking photos of frames inside the case was not allowed. Well, I couldn't find any sign to indicate such a store policy. The selection is good and all but NEVER walk in and good luck with parking. Also they will give you a print out of your prescription but they won't give you your PD (Pupillary Distance) this is needed for in store/online purchases so your prescription can be in the right spot in the lenses. That was a big deal for me, how can't you give me information about myself? Smh if you need a eye exam only then don't go, but if you wanna buy glasses then look at your opinions and make a choice,
I came in as a walk in and no one can tell me when my child can be seen I've been sitting here for 2 hours never ever again
