I had (and am continuing to have) a horrible experience here. First, they wouldn't trust that I knew my own prescription. So before I could order my glasses, they would need a fax from my eye doctor. Their fax machine was broken, however, so my doctor called and confirmed my prescription. The associate confirmed she placed the order while talking to my doctor. Was there for almost 2 hours. Had appt at noon. So did 10 other people. I asked about the scheduling and placed last in line. People who came in after me were seen before me. Terrible.
I am currently sitting in the office right now, I brought a friend up here for his appt an he is here on time, I guess the doctor is late on lunch an what not but one of the girls behind the desk went to the dr an informed the doctor he has a appt at 115pm.... The doctor comes out at 115 going off on his girls working behind the counter saying he didn't need to be bothered until the appt time, not a min sooner. Horrible service. Was just scammed into buying poly carbonated lenses for my child. They said that my insurance does not cover it and it is required in order to submit the order. So being naive I paid for the special lenses only to find out that my insurance covered it. I'm now waiting for a refund. Never going there again!
This company is worse than poor. I would discourage you from doing business here unless you like being wronged. Poor exam [i literally got a different script than the trial pair of lenses] also when asked if I could get a refund I was told another doctor could check me. I reluctantly agreed and that Doctor canceled my appt unless I could come in two hours earlier on a few hours notice. What a waste of time and money!!! They definitely didn't earn any stars!
