I have been going there for the past 4 years for my son. Today we went and bought mask so he could get new glasses because he broke his. I was told I couldn’t come in with both my children. Me, my 7 year old and my 1 year old. When that didn’t work she than told me I had to put a mask on my 1 year old. Needless to say I left in tears and my son as well. He can not see with out his glasses!! Really sad to be treated this way, when we have been going to you guys for so long
I started my eye exam in 27th of January 2020 in W Kennedy Blvd and got my glasses after 12 days and i try it for a week and it was not right for my eye i called the office and got another appointment for another eye exam i went to the eye exam on 17th of February and the doctor mentioned thats somebody transferred the measurements wrong also i try it for another week i call back and got anothet appointment and it was on 4th of march and i also tried it for a week and it still has the same problems all of the pairs of glass... read more
Absolutely DISGUSTING place. They stole $300 from me during this COVID-19 pandemic. They ordered the wrong contacts after I paid on full ahead of time, I asked for a refund and they said I’d have a check sent from corporate in tampa. 3 months later, no check. No one contacted me to update me about anything. Ive been forced to wear daily disposables for over 2.5 months due to this. "First do no Harm" is a requirement for medical licensing and this company does not treat customers who have medical conditions that cause breathing problems and cannot wear masks. This does not bode well for their medical ethics in general. They are extremely rude as well. I think that companies cooperating with these totalitarian decrees are being bribed in some way to do so, and this is a criminal enterprise.
I've been coming here for years and the wait time gets longer and longer. this time was over an hour just to be told my sons insurance doesnt cover what we came for but noone told us before we sat and waited. the customer service sucks since Marla left. we definitely wont be back.
Pay attention to your benefits. They scam easily! Told me to buy contacts the day of my exam to secure pricing and rebate. Horrible customer services! Horrible Service! First the day of my appointment they suppose to give it to me a class of how to wear my new contacts and I suppose to walk out of the store with them on it but they do no have time for the class so they ask me to come back when the contacts came in.
