Staff was very friendly but the doctor was EXTREMELY RUDE. Long story short he took my 9 year old son in the room without waiting for me to get in and proceeded to shut the door in my face when I mentioned I wanted to watch my son get his exam done. I pushed the door back, then told him he was rude and we weren’t being seen here. He told me to go away and not to talk to him. Totally unprofessional. 4th st. North location St. Petersburg
They would not give us a an itemized receipt to submit to FSA ....unacceptable!
I've been waiting on a call back for an order I never received for over a year and a half now and I'm still waiting and fighting for my money to be returned and can't get anyone, including corporate to make this right!! Worst company and customer service ever!!
Worst place to work. Employees are expected to pay for bad customers who walk out on there bills. Is that the employees fault??? NO! But now my niece will not receive a paycheck next week because when she stepped away to check on something they walked out. What kind of company takes out things on their employees like this? It's unjust, unethical, and outright infuriating! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!!
Update: Went in they have fixed my problem and I now have a great pair of glasses. I will give them another try as they weren't the ones who manufacturer the glasses they just send them off. Will see you posted for next year! A big Thank you to Angie she was a BIG help! OMG I went to their facility in Gainesville FL and my glasses came in. Just went to a local physician today to get eyes checked out because I was having issues. They checked my lenses on their machine and said that there was no way my lenses were prescription. They said that they were basic dollar store 2.0 readers that had been placed in my frames. About 3 years ago, After being examined by the physician at Optical Outlet I paid the Optical Outlet in Gulf View Square mall $70 for the lenses that I was prescribed to be put in my own frames. Ive been using them for years, bad on letting you know your glasses are in, I had to call 3 times,but other than that, they have ben helpful and professional, just scheduled my next appointment, and a plus Is they have weekend hours.
They bait & switch you to come in & then try to get you to pay by saying your insurance isn't validated yet just pre pay its easier. . If you push back they get very upset. In my experience They are swindlers
