Poor customer service. From corporate, District management and stores. One of the worst experience I had. Also, on Google, bad reviews. I will never go back to that store, again. I'm extremely disappointed. They should fire the District manager that spoke with me. Also, he hung up the phone on me. They made a mistake and treat customers like they're doing you a favor. Never again!
I was looking forward to my appointment to get a 2nd opinion from my last eye exam taken at Walmart. As I waited for my turn I was asked to look in the eye puffer, and was asked if I had glasses, which I replied yes, but I am not happy with them and want to start from scratch as if I had none. The eye DR overheard and said that I MUST show them my glasses, and I explained why I was there, and to just act as though I had none. 6927 4th st In StPetersburg the manager was rude... went in for my yearly eye exam... the doctor Jaclyn Mcknight was so fast had me confused. asked if she would slow down or at least start over..no way.. she even told me I had cataracts and needed long distant glasses..was told to pick out my frames from this rack only cause this is the only ones insurance will pay for...didn't even ask me if I preferred a better frame at more cost which I would have..seemed they where just about a paycheck...8 days went by and I just happ... read more

My husband and I both had eye exams there last year. His frames have broken 4 times and mine 3. He scheduled his new appointment today for 9am. At 9:40 he asked why he was still waiting and the doctor hadn’t showed up yet. The waiting room was full. They were not sure when the doctor would arrive. I went to the melbourne office to get an eye exam and glasses and to pick them up on Tuesday 2-18-19 confident that the employees are professionals, they did not explain me well and they gave me my glasses with a simple vision when I needed also to read, bifocals, I had to take them today Thursday to be made bifocal and now they tell me that they have to be with the line in the glasses because the insurance does not cover that and if I want them without the line, which is no longer used, I have I have to pay 100.00, they nev... read more
