I don't hate it......sometimes it is what it is.....some are fast.....some days are slow
5hrs and 35min to X-ray and then the Lady that a Manager (the short hair black lady) didn't even take the time to find out what happened with my turn. We as patiences deserve some respect, our insurance companies rely on their services but this place IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL starting from the FRONT DESK till the people that takes the X-rays. They are laughing and cracking jokes in that little square/desk. I called my insurance and made a complaint about it, pretty sure they will not do anything about it. The wait time is usually long, if you are more than 15 minutes late they will not see you even though you wait for at least a hour to be seen..but Dr. Jackson the pedodontist is the best it is so hard to find a good children's dentist but he is a winner he get 5 stars for his services and attitude
Great root canal doctor there but the general dentistry needs improvement badly. Staff suck.
I have never come here and waited less than 2 hrs for basic service. Though I can not speak ill of the staff or doctors, I would never recommend this place to anyone, ever. Same goes for the pediatric side. Sorry.
Not sure of the individual dental professionals.& the staff, Just from word of mouth, there is much room for improvements. It may be just the beddaide manner (or lack thereof). But when you have at least 1 if not 2 person team inside your mouth, doing different things with various tools, one must be very sensitive to the patient's both sensitivity to pain and thresholds of how much they can tolerate. I personally would leave, if say I indicated it's hurting to no avail.
After waiting 2 hours and still no service (a basic cleaning), I left I switched to another facility. I've been going to this dentist for over 20 years and was sad to cut ties with them. But the long waits in the waiting room were problematic.
