Horrible experiencia son lo peores dentistas de NYC solo les importa el dinero que puedan obtener de los pacientes no les importa la salud de los pacientes gente no vallan a ese lugar los van a estafar les van a robar como me estafaron a mi me robaron $11000 les dirán que aceptan su seguro después les mentirán y les dirán que su seguro no cubre el procedimiento para que paguen de su bolsillo miles de dólares por un procedimiento mediocre
The dentists in this office f… my teeth up years ago. I made a mistake coming back. I questioned the dentist and he caught an attitude. I find it strange when a doctor gets upset because the patient asked questions. Beware
I was supposed to have a gum procedure done back on 2021. I paid $600. After getting a second opinion, I decided not to go ahead with the procedure. Since then, I have been trying to get back my $600. When I go to the office, Mario is never around. They have me waiting all day for nothing. I completed the Reimbursement Form in Feb 2022. I still have not received my money.
This place is the absolute worst ever They bill you for work that you never asked to be done The doctors are rude and ask inappropriate questions such as oh don’t bleed I don’t want aids Staff are awful rude people with attitude problems Work is shoddy at best Always trying to chase a dollar This place can go to hell
Muy mal servicio a cliente, al momento de llamar a pedir una cita si no hablas inglés no toman tu cita, es un acto de discriminación e irrespeto … tenia mi cita a las 11:30 y me atienden 2 horas después cuando voy a pedir información me dicen que llame a un número el cua no contestan Hace unos mese tenía una cita a las 6:30 de la tarde y media hora antes me llaman a cancelar mi cita, si llegas unos minutos después no te atienden pero uno debe esperar 2 horas y aún no te atienden. have a 12noon appointment and still have not gotten in too see the doctor or get my cleaning as thats why I am here. its now 3pm and still no one has made any attempt to come or update me on anything. Heard another patient went off on the staff but they dont care or has any respect for anyone time...for the cleaning they Russian woman is like an animal.... Rude and has not patient... how they left these people practice who has no bed side manners.
Just Close Down... Your office is HORRIBLE.... Stop being money hungry and exploiting patients information and insurance....
