Recommendedi am going to this dental office 10 years and i very happy with doctors i also like dr Murray she did a great job for and i was comfortable for she is the dentist i ever had in my whole entire life i would recommend this dental office to anyone that i know or family.thanks to the staff and doctor for helping me and feel comfortable.
I had an appointment for 2pm and I arrived on time and there was no one at the front desk.. Just myself and another woman waiting there confused I was told there was 4 people ahead of me and there was only 1 hygienist. They told me I would be waiting over 2 hours even though I booked for 2pm. The front desk / asst were extremely rude and standoffish. 0/10 experience.
Initially my first and second visit was okay, after calling numerous times leaving messages, to find out when will I get the rest of my work done to my mouth, I was told I need to speak the office manager, never received a call back, I finally got through to someone who picked up the phone after several weeks, I explained my dilemma, they said I needed to come in person to see the office manager, I’m so done, will be getting my money back that I put down for, for work that was never done.
