if you want to be disrespected and don't mind come here I had a 2:30 appointment showed up at 1p.m. and its according to 5 and I'm still sitting here you do plan appointment make sure it's a day you're off from work and you have tolerance for the nonsense they give you here there's a little blonde Russian woman here hair that thinks it's cute because people are threatening her ,

Absolutely the worst place. Over the phone they never say no insurance covers some random cold test that they only do and the charge is $70. Waited 3 hours for a dentist. When he came in he said I needed a clearance and left. I went obtained a clearance faxed it to the dentist. I called to make sure they received it I was told yes. This place needs to go out of business. They extracted the wrong tooth from my son. He already had enough problems in his life to add the incompetence of a trusted dentist is just unreal. I wouldn't refer this practice to anyone. They are arrogant bullies. And that is just describing the Office Manager who should know better because he has been there a long time. Worst Dentist ever!

The front desk staff wasn't all that pleasant, strike 1. Then there was the giant cockroach in the waiting room which had top be killed by a fellow patient because the front desk staff were screaming like little kids, strike 2. lady but not least, I was made to wait almost an hour for my appointment. The one good thing was that the doctor was professional and efficient. I had to seek out staff to be released from recovery.

I DO NOT RECCOMEND ANYONE TO EVER TRY TO RECEIVE DENTAL CARE FROM THIS PLACE. CALLING IT A BUSINESS IS AN OVERSTATEMENT AND CALLING IT A DENTAL OFFICE IS INACCURATE! My dental horror-story is too long to tell (just to give you an idea of how lengthy and awful.) Metropolitan Dental Associates is terrible at scheduling and constantly has an overflowing waiting room. You can wait from 1 to 3 hours just for x-rays and then 1 to 2 hours more to be seen by a dentist. The x-ray tech are usually new and don't know what they are doing. And the dentist are grumpy and yell at the patients. Do not go to Metropolitan Dental Associates.

Do not go to this office. They are unprofessional, unorganized, and inconsiderate. Dr. Brenner is a nasty old man who is condescending towards the staff and patients. They will make an appointment for you with a doctor and the doctor won’t see you. People often wait for hours unnoticed. I’ve been to this office 3 times already this week and Dr. Brenner dared to ask me to return tomorrow then send come back next week. well the work and staff is always great but the wait time is always horrendous. but i keep going back because i only trust them with my teeth
