This place is the worst the first time I went there I has request they change my dentist because she started putting her hands in my mouth with no introduction nothing then she was hurting me asking my im moving. Another visit appointment was for 1pm I was seen @ 430 when I left that visit I had plaster and stuff all over my beard mouth clothes face if I didn't go in bathroom I would went on street like that. Horrible experience!!!! My son had a appointment at 12:15pm. He was finally called in at 4pm. Then they had an issue with our insurance (their issue, not ours) and finally we were released at 6:44pm. Literally the last people there. Staff actually left before us. Over 6 hours for a pediatric visit and fillings? ���
I had a root canal recently. The receptionist gave me a sick note to return on the 26th to work. I thought it was for today. The mistake was caught by my supervisor, but due to the note I was marked as sick for the day. Being honest and wanting to get back to work instead of using the sick days, I went back today and explained what happened. The worst dental facility ever now trying to get my records seems to be a long drawn out process .the rudeness of staff, wait for an appointment is terrible .
This is the worst run dental office or any office for that matter the staff is incompetent and rude. Everything is disorganized and you wait hours .........appointment or not. The management is more incompetent than the rude staff. My recommendation to any one is to go elsewhere. Barbara Ann Williams
When I went for a check up for myself on the adult/general side I dealt with rude staff that had no patience. The wait was long and the lady that was taking my x rays was just plain out nasty and so was the lady who was cleaning my teeth. I've been coming here since I was a child and I think its time for a change for my family.
Worst dental place I've been too. My appt was at 10am. It's now 12:05pm and my daughter still hasn't been called. Mind you. Yesterday they text me to confirm my appt for 10am and while sitting in the office signing in I received another text confirming my appt for 12:30. Totally unprofessional! Losing a patient today. Everyone's time is valuable. This is Ridiculous.
I was charged for dental work that was deemed unnecessary after the fact THREE years ago, I am still waiting to be refunded. Every time I call, I am given the run around and promised that I will be followed up with however a return call has yet to happen. So quick to take your money however it seems like I will never get my refund!
