I have quite a bit of anxiety dealing with the dentist. I am new to the area and had somewhat of a dental emergency. As a new patient, Dr. Susan and her assistants really put me at ease and resolved my emergency right on the spot. I will have some follow-up appointments for additional work, but find myself not stressing out over it now. Thank you Dr. Susan, Alicia and Amy. Kate is a calm and peaceful technician. I find her very personable and it is nice to have Dr. Ian come in to check the cleaning and to kabitz a little. I have no criteria to measure the quality of the cleaning for I am not a professional but Kate listened to my directions when I felt a tooth seemed still rough and revisited that tooth until it felt smooth and clean.. The only reason why I didn't give a 5 rating was because cheese and crackers weren't placed out while we waited for our appointment. Other then that the service you recieve with Modestows Family Dentistry is above and beyond what a patient could hope for. On time, charismatic and friendly, as well as sensitive to big babies such as this 300 pound kid. Great place.
