Had to be exposed to two sets of panoramic x-rays since the first set had to be repeated for some reason. Otherwise typically good cleaning and exam. Hygienist could have spent more than 1 second per exterior tooth surface with the polisher. It's always great to feel at ease when at the dentist. Without feeling rushed the staff listened to what I said. Everyone is courteous and helpful. My only gripe is that everything took a rather long time. My appointment was for 11:00; nothing happened until 11:20. After a fairly brief consult with Ian Modestow, there was a lengthy interval in which an assistant struggled with a computer to set up a treatment plan. And making the next appointment took rather a long time while the person at the desk searched for an open time slot. Good Morning, As always, my dental visits are good and I'm treated well. I do feel that lately there are too many x-rays taken, besides that, I am happy with my dental care and everyone in the office is very professional and polite.
