My son had is bi-annual cleaning today and we were very pleased with the professional service he received. We had some questions and they answered them all clearly. I am 78 yrs. old -- still have my own teeth (no plates, etc) When I called Dr. Modestow's office and told the receptionist that while flossing my teeth (a few minutes ago) the filling in my front tooth broke off leaving one third of my front tooth gone. She immediately gave me the first appointment available for the following day (none of the doctors were in that particular day) Dr. M took one look at the tooth and immediately started to repair it--explaining every step of the way as he worked on the tooth. I was very nervous about the procedure I needed to have today but everything went smoothly and I had no pain at all. Kate is a calm and peaceful technician. I find her very personable and it is nice to have Dr. Ian come in to check the cleaning and to kabitz a little. I have no criteria to measure the quality of the cleaning for I am not a professional but Kate listened to my directions when I felt a tooth seemed still rough and revisited that tooth until it felt smooth and clean.. <i>This review was submitted for the provider's practice, and may reference another provider within the practice.</i>
