Even though I was late for an appointment, everyone was pleasant and understanding. The technician did a thorough job of cleaning, and explained what she was doing as she did it. The dentist made a thorough examination and answered all my questions. After being scared from some bad dental experiences and not visiting a dentist for severel years, I made an appointment, and was given Dr. Schiffman. The staff has been VERY patient with my billing (which was a little messy because of a mistake on my HRs part), the hygienists have been thorough and very informative, and Dr. Schiffman and Stephanie have done wonderful work with the few fillings I needed. I immediately felt comfortable with the staff and the work they were doing, and I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Modestow's off... read more
