I was so grateful to Dr. Ian for explaining carefully all of the details regarding my daughter's orthodontic work. He took my concerns seriously, and took the time to make sure I understood exactly what is happening with my daughter's teeth, as well as why he was planning to proceed with the various recommended steps. I really enjoyed Mimi's expertise. I felt as thought it was the best most thorough cleaning I had ever gotten. I also felt that her educating me about my condition was great...it was a learning experience as well as getting the teeth cleaned...there were things nobody had ever told me before.
