I've been coming to Modestow Family Dentistry for many years and have always been treated with courtesy and respect. Procedures are always explained to me and if I have questions they take the time to answer them. I started with them when Dr. Ian's dad, Dr. John was my dentist. I went to the Medestow Family dentistry to get a second opinion on my son's teeth. They were able to give me an appointment within 2 weeks. The ladies at the front desk and throught the office were very pleasant. Mr. Medestow was very informative and gave us all the time we needed to ask questions. He gave us our options and helped us decide what to do next. My cleaning was fabulous! I am an anxious and nervous nilly client and Mimi always puts me at ease. She encourages me to have optimal mouth and teeth health. Per her suggestion, I will start wearing my mouth guard again to help with the receding gums/grinding problem even tho it is not very attractive at night for my husband..lol..She is very patient and thorough. <i>This review was submitted for the provider's practice, and may reference another provider within the practice.</i>
