DONT DO IT!!!! Waited for about an hour and had to reschedule before being seen. Went back and didn’t have enough supplies to do my treatment.

So my husband walked in and checked in. The young lady at the counter took his insurance information (primary and secondary)and called the insurance companies. Then Told my husband everything was cover 100%. Today we received a bill. I called informing them they didn’t bill secondary. They told me they couldn’t add it and it was too late since it was submitted. I then asked the lady how is that my fault? She continues to talk over me! If they make a mistake, you will pay for it! Dentist tried to talk next into a root canal,then she took 9 x rays,and then she insisted that a root canal was the way to go,when I explained over and over all I wanted was it to be pulled,because I was in pain!!!!!! So after she pulled my tooth I get home and found out she pulled the wrong tooth! Not the one I complained about another tooth!!! I was so numb I didn't notice until I got home! And she left either part of my tooth or root in and it still hurts,now this hole in my jaw hurts worse than my intial reason for going... read more
