don't use false advertising! absolutely not 27/7 dental care especially in case of an emergency! 100% do not recommend such a flake of a dentist
24/7 dental in Columbus in needs to start with a code of ethics the staff is very loyal to the Dr it was amazing what went on and will be no return worse treatment by all who treated me and main problem was I was the joke in the room
they pulled my tooth and because I'm allergic to Vicodin, they wont write me anything to take away the pain. I been in so much pain my eyes are swollen almost shut from crying all night and they wont help me.
I showed up at 9:45 for my 10am appointment. I was not even called back until 11:20. The only update I got was "You're next" at 10:30. The X-RAY tech was listening to music on speaker phone and singing the whole time which is extremely unprofessional. I had 3 fillings (not even a cleaning was done) and I didn't leave until 2pm.
they can have up-to-date equipment ,,,supplies that they need at all times, and more better concern with their customers especially when they know their equipment is down and their customers take off work just so they can get there and tell him they don't have it , that is something that is in their control be honest with your customers.
I drove 30 minutes out of my way at 8am to bring my boyfriend bc they told me to come in so he can be seen as a walk in just to tell me once I got there that I needed to come back at 6pm for him to be seen. He is in severe pain!!! Then they told him I couldn’t come back with him

We apologize, due to high volume that is the best way to help see all of our patients and for them to not have to wait in their cars all day. Also due to covid no one other then the patient is allowed in the office. These policies can also be found on our phone system as well. Very unprofessional! Stephanie & Jackie is no help!!! They will have you come in as a 8:00 walk in just to tell you to come back at 6pm while in pain
Got a veneer put back on, paid over $200, fell off again very next day while eating a soft chicken sandwich. Left multiple messages for the office manager and they won't call me back.

I didn't feel heard or listened to AT ALL. Not to mention I had to wait 6HOURS and after I wasn't fully numb a tooth was extracted from my mouth I was in agony and left IN TEARS doctor told me everything would be okay they'd send me home with some pain medication when I got to the car and saw it was ibuprofen....I'm in the medical field ibuprofen is NOT a prescribed pain medication and after the first night in EXCRUCIATING pain taking 800mg ibuprofen every 4hours, anbesol, and an ice pack. when I called in tears saying I n... read more
