I showed up at 9:45 for my 10am appointment. I was not even called back until 11:20. The only update I got was "You're next" at 10:30. The X-RAY tech was listening to music on speaker phone and singing the whole time which is extremely unprofessional. I had 3 fillings (not even a cleaning was done) and I didn't leave until 2pm.

they can have up-to-date equipment ,,,supplies that they need at all times, and more better concern with their customers especially when they know their equipment is down and their customers take off work just so they can get there and tell him they don't have it , that is something that is in their control be honest with your customers.

I drove 30 minutes out of my way at 8am to bring my boyfriend bc they told me to come in so he can be seen as a walk in just to tell me once I got there that I needed to come back at 6pm for him to be seen. He is in severe pain!!! Then they told him I couldn’t come back with him

Very unprofessional! Stephanie & Jackie is no help!!! They will have you come in as a 8:00 walk in just to tell you to come back at 6pm while in pain

Got a veneer put back on, paid over $200, fell off again very next day while eating a soft chicken sandwich. Left multiple messages for the office manager and they won't call me back.

I didn't feel heard or listened to AT ALL. Not to mention I had to wait 6HOURS and after I wasn't fully numb a tooth was extracted from my mouth I was in agony and left IN TEARS doctor told me everything would be okay they'd send me home with some pain medication when I got to the car and saw it was ibuprofen....I'm in the medical field ibuprofen is NOT a prescribed pain medication and after the first night in EXCRUCIATING pain taking 800mg ibuprofen every 4hours, anbesol, and an ice pack. when I called in tears saying I n... read more

you can start by cleaning your waiting room and your office areas. you could also be more punctual and not make your patients wait an hour past their appointment times as our time is important too. you find us $25 for being 10 minutes late but it's okay for you to make us sit there an hour passed our appointment before being led into the back. I went there with an infected tooth a while back. The man, I will not call him a dentist, said he couldn’t give me enough Novocain not to feel the tooth being pulled. While I was screaming and crying he said he wasn’t finishing pulling it because I was screaming and could t hold still. I told him he had to finish what he started. He finally got the tooth out and got up and left. Didn’t even come in to check on me. No antibiotics or pain meds until I asked for them. I had my initial visit on 8/19 for a filling. My appointment was scheduled at 12:30 pm. After almost an hour, I received x-rays and evaluation with a doctor whom I was NOT originally scheduled with. He seemed very fatigue and did not explain his findings nor did he tell me his name. I had to request this information which felt a little unprofessional.
