RecommendedI had the best experience here today. I hate the dentist and was terrified when I had chipped my tooth. I was greeted kindly and all staff made me comfortable. I was given the option to extract tooth on the spot or try to save it with a filling (chose latter). I was completely finished and out the door in a little over an hour (on a Sunday). I was so thrilled I actually made an appointment for a cleaning in a couple of weeks.
RecommendedExcellent group. Try to see the owner Dr. Patel. He's an excellent Dentist and a nice guy. Would recommend to anyone !
This place is so great! The staff was so kind and Dr.Patel was the GREATEST! I had every one of my teeth pulled and he made sure that I was in no pain. Now I am on the mend and can't wait till I can give him a great big smile when I get New demtures! He explained everything to me and gave me a few choices. I had Very little bruising and didn't look like a chipmunk. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family!
Beware I’ve been there several times the first time I was a walk-in three hours I sat there. They sent me home with antibiotics. when I went back a few days later I only wanted one tooth pulled the doctor wanted to pull all my teeth. I told him no I just wanted the one pulled he smiled at me numbed me up i’ve had several teeth pulled in my life. I’m a senior citizen. Went to the Anderson, IN location for severe tooth pain at 8 pm (supposedly open until midnight) and was told by 2 employees that they actually close at 8 and the doctor takes the last patient at 7. A little ridiculous to call themselves 24/7 dental when they’re only open 12 hours.
9/26/2025— I paid $138 upfront. The clinic did not provide any dental services (no exam, no X-rays, no treatment) because staff said my blood pressure was high. They only took a BP reading and refused care and a refund. I am disputing the charge with my credit card for services not received. Very disappointing experience at 285 Centennial Olympic Park Dr NW, Suite CU-2B.
The Anderson , Indiana location should be shut down,indefinitely. Quick to do extraction or oral surgery but you will remain in pain as they do not send your script to pharmacy right away and/or at all. The manager knows this is an ongoing problem but they fail to correct it always blaming the pharmacy. My family member will now be waiting 3 days after having oral surgery to obtain her prescription, Unacceptable after oral surgery. this place is a JOKE! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, EVER. completely incompetent, and a big waste of time and money. do yourself a favor, and find a real dentist's office. had to have another dentist's fix the work that was done here, immediately.
