you can start by cleaning your waiting room and your office areas. you could also be more punctual and not make your patients wait an hour past their appointment times as our time is important too. you find us $25 for being 10 minutes late but it's okay for you to make us sit there an hour passed our appointment before being led into the back. I went there with an infected tooth a while back. The man, I will not call him a dentist, said he couldn’t give me enough Novocain not to feel the tooth being pulled. While I was screaming and crying he said he wasn’t finishing pulling it because I was screaming and could t hold still. I told him he had to finish what he started. He finally got the tooth out and got up and left. Didn’t even come in to check on me. No antibiotics or pain meds until I asked for them. I had my initial visit on 8/19 for a filling. My appointment was scheduled at 12:30 pm. After almost an hour, I received x-rays and evaluation with a doctor whom I was NOT originally scheduled with. He seemed very fatigue and did not explain his findings nor did he tell me his name. I had to request this information which felt a little unprofessional. I had a horrible experience with Dr Al Shalash. After waiting three hours in insane pain, which I understand due to it being an urgent care environment, I was taken back to have a tooth pulled. The dentist was rude as can be. After he shoved his finger into the tooth in question I almost jumped out of my skin in pain. I was then scolded bc I naturally teared up because it hurt so much. the doctor didn't even come and see me after I sat and waited over a hour with a referral. the nurse was fine but it was terrible service

My first visit to 24/7 Dental was pretty good. I went in on FCFS. I work FT M-F so I had to miss work but I couldn’t handle the pain anymore. They have a part on their forms about ‘are you nervous’ questions. I was nervous but felt pretty fine about it. They did the X-rays and exam and needed to pull a tooth so we went ahead and got that taken care of. They scheduled me back in for fillings. Letting walk in that there waiting list to see Dentist. They tell you nothing about people who made appointments goes ahead before walk ins.I sat there and waited almost two hours of waiting and they could not tell me how long. I told the I was leaving.

This office is the most unorganized place I've ever been. Was trying to have some teeth repaired here. I had one pulled and others fixed. Every time it's some one new doing work and they have absolutely no knowledge of prior work done in there office. One dentist said I needed a feeling put in . I had apt for that work then knew dentist decides to do a different tooth instead. Third trip back they decided to do exrays for the third time after waiting a hour with a apt. Get a new office manager,and front desk woman. Jamie was the only person in the office that showed care and concern. The waiting area was dirty. The floors were very dusty and the glass was filthy. They take walk in , but you wait 5-6 hours , and they don’t seem to understand the breakdown of insurance benefits. This was a very horrible experience, I wouldn’t recommend this office, they only see people as a pay check .
