even if make an appointment u still wait hours and they are in and out if your mouth as fast as possible so they can move on

Go to a real dentist. This place will pull a tooth no problem, but then tell you to take Tylenol. They don’t prescribe “anything besides Tylenol and ibuprofen because of the opioid epidemic” I understand that completely, but when my wife is in tears because the pain, and the guy looked at her and said “you’ll be fine just rotate the medicine” people are a joke.

when people have an appointment, they should not have to wait over 2 hours to be seen.

Doctors did not listen to me when I said I was in pain or uncomfortable just held my jaw open and continued. Sat for 3 hours while they worked on walk ins when I was a scheduled appointment. And all the walk ins I’m referring to checked in after I got there for my appointment. They do not let you know what’s going on with your own oral health. And cleanings with power drills is lazy painful and not needed. Will not be going back this is my 3rd unhappy visit.

so when you make your appointment your not allowed to miss it but when your there for your appointment you have to wait 30 minutes past your time lol....wow yall are a joke. get a new name.

Called ahead verifying insurance, had severe toothe ache lasting two days getting no relief overcounter etc..... Insurance verified was encouraged come later around 2-3 pm. Checked in 2:15 , told 3 hour wait agreed will wait in pain want extraction!! After 1 hour 15 minutes told couldn’t get ahold insurance must pay out of pocket started spouting off possible charges for expats/ extraction etc... Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!! I made an appointment and on my way to the appointment I got stuck in bumper to bumper traffic. I called them to inform them I was running a few minutes late. They informed me I didn't have an appointment and that the dentist would not be in till later so I couldn't be seen. I live almost 2 hours away. I make yet again another appointment. That morning I call to confirm that I still have an appointment. I would rather walk into oncoming traffic on Colerain Avenue and get creamed by a drunk driver at a high rate of speed than have dental work performed here. You wait for hours even with an appointment just to be practiced on by a group of subpar dentists. I could probably do a faster, more accurate job in my garage with the lights off.
