i went for 3 treatments of prp for my hair and the outcome has been a disaster! Please choose a Dr. wisely for this procedure, he left scars on my scalp and a huge rash. My hairloss is so much worse now in all the areas that he put the needle.

Incredibly rude staff. Victoria and the doctor's parents especially. Doctor is unethical. Tried to give me the wrong medication and only got called out on it because I overheard him saying so through the wall. Then billed my insurance for it anyway. Doctor comes across as nice initially. Makes unethical decisions. Really troublesome practice, top-down. Also, great place to go for people who like to just sit and wait for stuff.
It is obvious some of these reviews are fake. Dr K was sanctioned by the NJ Board of Medical Examiners for his dishonesty. The office staff (his parents) are extremely rude and meddlesome. The Doctor will not allow you to get a second opinion and you will never see the pathology reports.
Reporting this doctor to my insurance company. Every negative thing said below is true. Aging Mother and Father run the office, Unprofessional is an understatement. DANGEROUS as they have no mechanism to ensure that they get your biopsy results back. Both offices are dirty. Dr Karakashian has bad judgement - DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR.

First the front desk, the woman was nice but cared about answer the busy phones before helping the person at the desk first... I waited an hour and 15 till I was called in, and I arrived 10 min before my appointment. A woman showed up after me, late to her apt, and got seen before me who was on time! I had not seen a derm in years and had a number of concerns and questions. I will never use this doctor again! Staff is unprofessional. They are mean and nasty. They forget who is paying who! Any one who reads this, please take my advice and find a different doctor. These people shouldn't be allowed to deal with public.
I think his father, his office manager, is a jackass and shouldn't be permitted out in public. However, the doctor is good and so are his assistants. If you have a problem with your pathology report, take it up with the lab, he sends everything out, he does not check his own stuff.
