By far, the worst physician visit I've ever encountered! The biggest problem is that daddy is running the books, and is clueless, incompetent, and rude. NO COMPUTERS AROUND!!...Just reams of notebooks, and folders. Built into this Moh's technique he uses are multiple visits for 1 malady (multiple bills!!) My regular family MD called it a scam. His staff (mother and father) were extremely rude to me and others sitting in the waiting room for a very long time. I won't go back to this doctor because of his staff.
I wish I found this site sooner. This is the worst office, rude staff and I agree watch the billing. I had to get Cigna involved. STAY AWAY!!!
Office is too small, not enough chairs in the waiting room, office staff is rude. Dr Karakashian is rude and does not explain any of the procedures he is doing or the after care. The wait for your appointment is always over an hour. I waited over an hour for my appointment and was in and out in 10 minutes. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND YOUR BODY!!!!!!!
Exam rooms dirty. no paper on exam table, even for surgery. Doc does not wash hands before seeing patient. I suppose he is knowledgeable but the place is a factory. Office cluttered, staff rude, wait long. I quit months ago.
Staff very rude. Wait much too long. Not enough chairs in waiting room. Very little communication from Doctor. In and out quickly with not much opportunity to ask questions.

He did wonderfully removing moles from the face. Absolutely no scarring. However, his office staff are rude, callous, and do not belong working with the public in general. As good as I think he is, I won't return because of his staff. Also, at every appointment I was kept waiting a minimum of an hour, sometimes with no seats available in the office. A patient waiting with me commented aloud that they schedule three people for the same time...could be.
Very poor service. Waited over an hour to see doctor. Office is very shoddy and exam rooms unkempt. Will not be back.
