I am sorry that I have to stop coming for my next appointment. They estimated my treatment was $245 out of pocket, and they sent the paper to my house twice with same amount. I came in for my appointments and they charged me $500. Recently, u received a bill from them for almost $1,000 more for the treatment. Seriously, it will be $1,500 for the work that they estimated just $245. I hope no one will have this experience in the future as I do.
Unfortunately I will no longer be taking my family to this facility. After several "mishaps" with billing, they are in no way understanding or willing to make things right on their end. My last visit I was charged 3 times the amount I was estimated, in which I learned from my insurance company was in fact this facilities fault and could've been prevented. This is so unfortunate because I really enjoyed everyone that worked there and it is a very nice office.
They have continued to maintain a friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere as they have grown. I have appreciated their accommodations with my two girls as well.
The front office staff and techs are wonderful. The dentist on the other hand seems cold and detached. After finding out I need a root canal I asked about pain relief and was blown off. I had no pain before they filled a cavity I didn't know I had (no pain or sensitivity) to having extreme pain and sensitivity in that tooth. Was told "that just happens". Can't say that I am pleased with my care at all anymore.
I had a horrible experience with this dentist. When i went to him i had not been to the dentist in 2 years. Was told i needed a more intense cleaning, i thought that made sense since i hadnt been for a bit. What i got was a very painfull cleaning where they went through and practically did a periodontal cleaning. They shoved that tooth scrapper under my gums around my tooth leaving them bleeding and in pain.
