Ron C. I recently scheduled an appointment with this office. This was my first visit and it will be my last. The dentist who had treated me for more than 30 years retired and I was forced to find another provider. I have not had any dental issues and was not experiencing any problems when I went to my appointment with Capehart. 👎👎👎👎👎 Terrible rudeness makes false accusations when you walk in. Would never recommend.
Worst experience. I’ve been going to Capehart for years and it’s been one issue after another. Crowns popping off, my bridge popped off, multiple infections of the same two teeth, decay under my bridge because of poor fit. I now need another tooth extracted due to a large infection and possible tooth fracture. Years worth of wasted money. Do not go to this office. They lure you in with prizes and giveaways and flashy social media. But it doesn’t make up for their poor dental work.
Dr Duvall was the rudest dentist I’ve ever came across. He insinuated that I did not come back for an extraction because I didn’t want to. I went in there this morning with an infection and a broken tooth so I have not had the money to get out. I understand the need to get the tooth out but the way he approached me and his bedside manner was terrible. Showed up early for my appointment. Completed the paperwork that I couldn’t get to open online. Sat and waited. After half an hour they told me they needed to reschedule due to a doctor going home sick. Rescheduled for a week later at the same time. Never received a confirmation text or email so called the morning of my appointment to verify. They had no record of my rescheduled appointment. 🙄
I was told a fluoride treatment was covered by my insurance then I get a bill for the treatment which I had initially declined but since it was free I received it. I liked the place until they used lying as a tactic for making money.
