When I came to him as a freshman in college, I had been ignoring my teeth (like a typical ignorant teenager) for a while and had a mouthful of work to be done. RecommendedI’ve been going to Capehart dentistry for 25 years when suddenly I call for an appointment and am told I’m not able to be seen there anymore. No explanation given, rudely told that it’s their right to terminate clients at any time if they choose to. I have had ongoing treatment for periodontal disease with them and was still under their care with sn “active treatment plan” at this time. my son went in for a deep cleaning and was supposed to get the gas to help him out because he gets anxious. they had given us a prescription prior for him to take to relax him that we filled with our medical insurance. when he got to the appointment they double booked the gas so he went without. got a bill that they charge $593 for this visit and our balance with two insurances is $200. when I called after 3 messages left regarding the bill I was told that the extra charge was for them to monitor my son for the pill he took ... read more
