Super helpful took time to explain things to me so I'd understand. Never heard the eye described as an m&m but totally made sense and helped me understand what was going on.
Dr Betty, the retinologist + the staff are all very good + very very nice, but wait times are always huge (you will be there 2 - 3 hours minimum, even if you only see Dr for 15 - 20 mins, and sometimes we must wait for eye drops to take effect as well ) So, even if you adjust to their schedule when they ask (as a way of speeding up the process) it will still take that long. That has been my experience each of the 5 times I have been to this Rx - (I am guessing it is because they take Medicaid)
