I like the location. There's no wait for the regular eye checkup. There's a wait for the specialist but it's productive. Different eye exams are done, and special eyedrops are given so by the time you get to the specialist chair, you are good to go. Extremely friendly.
Dr Betty, the retinologist + the staff are all very good + very very nice, but wait times are always huge (you will be there 2 - 3 hours minimum, even if you only see Dr for 15 - 20 mins, and sometimes we must wait for eye drops to take effect as well ) So, even if you adjust to their schedule when they ask (as a way of speeding up the process) it will still take that long. That has been my experience each of the 5 times I have been to this Rx - (I am guessing it is because they take Medicaid)
Super helpful took time to explain things to me so I'd understand. Never heard the eye described as an m&m but totally made sense and helped me understand what was going on.
The only issue I have is having to wait past my appointment time. Otherwise, I am very satisfied. The staff is nice & the doctors are wonderful.
