RecommendedI have been going The Palisade Avenue office with my father’s glaucoma issue, he is very professional, and always takes the time to explain everything to me thoroughly. Every time I’ve been there for an appointment, I never waited more than 30 minutes. Today he had a 1 o’clock appointment, and we could not make it and they rescheduled me for 5 PM and we only waited 30 minutes and he took us right in. While I will recommend them, be prepared to WAIT! The doctors are really good, but the wait can make you sick! My appt was for 10:30 & I got there on time I finally got see the Dr at 12:10...😒 Finally left there 1230!!! Not sure if they are double booking apps, but 2 hours?
I didn’t have to wait long to see the doctor. The appointment takes time because all the tests they perform, and of course, if you get drops in your eyes you need to wait for them. Dr. Panariello was very thorough in his exam. He showed me pictures to explain the tests, and answered all my questions. I used to see another doctor in that practice that moved away. while I did appreciate them and glad they help my son in an emergency, my son had a follow up at 330pm, we got there at 315, by 440, I had to reschedule a FOLLOW UP for a corneal abrasion, until may 22. I'm an throughly pissed off.

The staff is very nice and Dr. Panierello is a great doctor. I wasn't fearful when I had my first cataract surgery by him last year and I recommend him to anyone with vision problems
