John M. was awesome! Very friendly and helpful! I needed frames to fit my existing lenses as I broke my glasses and was going on vacation the next day. He was very patient and tried almost all of the frames until he found the only one that would fit. I would definitely recommend John as he had exceptional customer service and you could definitely see the entire staff‘s love for Disney... which is always a plus for me! 👍👍

I ran into an issue last month when my daughter's glasses were broken and I ended up getting contacts from America's best to hold her over until her appointment at optical outlets where they take her insurance (insurance doesn't cover contacts). Today they were forced to cancel her appt due to covid-19. I was very distressed about this as her pair of contacts expire this week and I am out of work with no income due the virus. Dr.Miller at 98 north location in Lakeland,FL is wonderful! I've been going there for over 10 years now..and I wouldn't go anywhere else.and the workers are great Judilyn was very nice and helpful!
We went to the North Lakeland location and had a good experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. John assisted us in finding new frames and helped us in getting good deals. The exam was affordable and thorough. Our new glasses came in a week later and they made sure they fit properly before we left. My changed prescription was perfect. It's nice to see again. 👍😁🤓
