I absolutely love working for Grateful Care ABA; they truly care about their employees and helping them through everything. I would recommend them as a company to work for and have your children in programs with us.
One of the best places I have ever worked!! Management makes sure to listen to your concerns. ABA can be a hard field of work, but Grateful care does a great job making sure their employees don’t get burnt out.
Grateful Care ABA has been the most uprooting position in my ABA career. upper management is everything I have ever hoped for. The positive communication and feedback is top tier. This company is a great way to learn new ways as an RBT. I highly recommend this environment for any parent hoping to get their child in ABA therapy.
The typical day of work consists of coming to the clients home or school and going through programming and materials provided by our BCBA. The BCBA’s support so well and very understanding! especially with supervision and making sure you meet the 5% requirements. It’s also very easy to talk to scheduling about any inconvenience such as you maybe getting stuck in traffic and being late to your session , your client calling out , or even maybe needing to leave early for a doctors appointment they definitely stay on top of it ... read more
Grateful Care ABA is an amazing company to work for. I have worked for a couple companies and Grateful Care ABA is the only one that cares and supports their RBTs the best. I have been with Grateful Care ABA for almost a year and I don’t see myself ever leaving.
I’ve been working at the greenwood clinic for over a year, and it has been the most wonderful experience! the BCBA’s are extremely supportive and understanding. a positive work environment has been maintained for the entirety of my time at grateful care. i love where i work and i intend to stay here for years to come! 💙
By far the most compassionate company I have ever worked for. They truly love and care for their clients as well as their staff! They are very understanding that staff has family and the importance of being able to take care of their kids as well. They're very open to listening to your ideas and concerns. They are one of the highest paying ABA companies I have seen. I don't have anything negative to say. They do team building outings every month. all around a great company.
This is a great place to work. The work environment is amazing and everyone truly loves their job. I love the kids. I do wish benefits were better. Overall, compensation is much better than the competition, however.
Grateful Care is an amazing company that values compassionate care and provides quality ABA services for children/young adults! I love where I work 😊
