I absolutely love working for this company! They pay very well, management checks in with employees and communicates with us weekly, if not daily. The support you have surrounding you is amazing! The BCBA’s will always make sure the RBT’s have what they need to help create a better learning environment for the kiddos!

We love having Mrs Christine as ours sons RBT .Since day one she has come into our home and just been a joy to have/ work with. So warm friendly and very attentive to our son’s needs and his non patient ways lol .She definitely goes above and beyond each session to make sure he excels in every way possible before she leaves for the day and we couldn’t be more pleased of his current progress.

I came to this company as a student looking to earn fieldwork hours towards my BCBA certification. Grateful Care has provided me with a highly diverse experience and my supervisors and regional manager have been nothing short of amazing and supportive!

I have appreciated how meaningful and appreciated that they make me feel. They quickly got me the training I needed and help me learn how to best help the kiddos I work with. They also do a great job of being flexible with time off and listen to my opinions. The coworkers are also friendly and welcoming. My coworkers are also well experienced in ABA and show me how to become better with my clients. I hope to continue to grow with Grateful Care ABA for the next few years!
