They are very understanding that staff has family and the importance of being able to take care of their kids as well. They're very open to listening to your ideas and concerns. They are one of the highest paying ABA companies I have seen. I don't have anything negative to say. They do team building outings every month. all around a great company.
This is a great place to work. The work environment is amazing and everyone truly loves their job. I love the kids. I do wish benefits were better. Overall, compensation is much better than the competition, however.

I’ve been with grateful care for 8 months now and is easily the most rewarding clinic I’ve ever worked for. Management is amazing with work/life balance and support. BCBAs are on top of their clients programming and support for their therapists. Communication between families and clients is amazing! 10/10 recommend
