I've been with Grateful Care ABA for over a year now and I love the company! I started as a full-time RBT and have transitioned into the OM for the Fort Wayne region. It's been great to work for a company that does their best to accommodate their staff and their needs. They take into consideration that the RBT's mental health is important and that if we don't take care of ourselves, then how can we care for our clients. 10/10 recommend!!
I worked as an RBT at Grateful Care ABA and absolutely loved it. I’m now a teacher but I do think fondly on my time working here and being apart of an amazing team! I felt valued, appreciated, and like I made a difference everyday working with kiddos. Grateful Care is a place where staff and clients have community, friendship and lots of love and laughs!
Greatful care is the 3rd company i have been with since becoming a RBT. They are great at communication and the interview process was in depth so that we would be placed in the right home.
