I have to say I think that was my best check-up/cleaning experience ever had, truthfully. Kay was pleasant and easy to talk with from the start. Very thorough, and professional, while having a friendly personality. I never experienced any pain or discomfort throughout the procedure. that's never happened...I definitely want Kay next time. I hadn't had so much as a cleaning in at least 7 years, so I was a little apprehensive about how the appointment might go. But from the moment I walked in, there was a very comfortable vibe to the whole office and each person I interacted with was exceedingly nice and professional.
