Dear Medestow friends, I've always thought you've done a fabulous job and at times have gone above and beyond the call of duty. My only, only complaint is that your fees have gone up at an alarming rate "seems" like. I think your new office is spiffy and you now have wifi. It was a little uncomfortable when the person doing my cleaning is not a regular employee and doesn't get to know how things work before she gets a patient. Didn't know how to operate the water in the sink or how to raise the chair. Every time I go and that is at least 3 to 4 times year. Everyone is great, fast and respectful. There is very little wait time and the work is done well without wasting time. I love that if you need a crown you only have to go for one visit! Dr. Ian can do everything in the office!
