I very much find the entire team very professional and pleasant to work with. My initial visit was an emergency as I had a tooth that broke and they were able to see me quickly and stabilize the tooth until could do a crown. I find that they explained issues and options in treatment. I also found them concerned about pain and knowledgeable about using numbing agents that don't have epinephrine in them which not all dentists are. Exam and cleaning was thorough and gentle... tips were reinforced as to what I was doing well and where I needed additional focus or attention to care. All in all... Everyone and everything from scheduling to the off front office to the hygienist to the dentist were professional, sensitive and wonderful. The office itself is gorgeous and the atmosphere very comfortable. as I was sitting in the chair today, I mused how different this dental experience is for me! Everyone is so human and compassionate in Dr Reddy’s practice. I always feel that they are doing a little bit of “treating the whole patient”. I feel very fortunate to be a patient of their practice.
