I have had many suboptimal experiences with dental offices. Dr Reddy and her staff are superb. The care my children and I receive is beyond satisfactory. The staff is efficient, kind, gentle and they take the time to educate their patients, which is so important. I had a dental issue on a Sunday- Dr Reddy called me back promptly and answered my questions and provided me the advice I needed. The whole staff is very kind and patient. I have never had any issues with making or having to cancel appointments. The staff does a very through job for routine cleanings and asks you if you have any questions/concerns and offers advice or referrals.
