Dr Reddy and her staff are extremely capable and very available. Whether I have called regarding a dental emergency or some financial concerns or needing to change an appointment, I am warmly received, never left on hold, and receive immediate attention. Twice I have called with an unexpected abcess and have been taken within the hour.
