My visit was pleasant from start to finish. Customer service was excellent from Robin at the front desk to Lisa, the hygenist, to Dr. Reddy herself - who actually cleaned my teeth (instead of the hygenist, which was always my experience at my dentist in Brookline). Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Though getting the news that you need gum surgery is never "fun", as usual the experience is as good as can be expected at Dr. Reddy's office.
