My visit yesterday was a bit interesting...it took 7 shots to get my mouth numb and then the pressure on the machine wasn't strong enough so we had to change rooms. It was pretty comical. I am pretty laid back but I could see how someone other than myself may have had an anxiety attack, passed out or could have been upset. All in all, my filling was replaced so it was a good experience.
I had to change my appointment 2 times before I saw them due to my busy schedule. I also enjoy receiving text reminders for my appointment.
I appreciate that everything was throughly explained to me and that I understand exactly what procedures I will need.
