I went in for a second opinion and and ended up using Dr. Elford -- my reason was she took the time to explain thoroughly what to expect. Price was about the same as first dentist, but the review was much clearer and succinct. Once my process is completed I will be able to give a full review.

As a new resident if Billings I wasn't sure which dentist to choose. I called Turley after receiving a flier in thr mail. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily. The staff was very friendly, efficient, and professional. The office is clean and offers new technology to aid in dental exams. The new patient medical history input took longer than expected. Was seen right away. Everyone was very kind and accommodating.
I have been going to Turley Dental for a while. Yesterday I had a new hygienist (Bree) who was very nice. She was a little rough though - I get my teeth cleaned regularly and unless my teeth were worse than normal, she REALLY got in there - some people like that, not me.
Very knowledgeable, helpful, (and cute!)
