I was in and out within 30 minutes for a cleaning. Highly recommend.
I recently had a terrible experience at another dental practice and looked for an alternative. Although I live over 100 miles from Billings, I gladly make the trip because the dental service I've received at Turley Dental Care is by far the most outstanding I've received in my more than 70 years. Wife Joyce and I were pretty impressed with your facility and the personnel. Everyone with friendly and seemed very competent.
Hygienist giving water without suction near so water choking me & running down my neck. Also she gave me the most painful injections of novacain I’ve ever had. Prefer the dentist to give. So much more gentle Dentist was very caring & told me everything he was doing as he filled my tooth. Dental asst very caring also. Sorry to complain....I’ve always had a good experience there.

I enjoy going to Turley Dental as the staff is super friendly but this time I was expecting a 30-45min appointment with a maximum of 60 minutes as I knew I had X-rays and I was there for 90minutes. This causes concern as I was to be at work at a certain time. There was no apology for the wait time either.
The facilities were excellent, and the staff were very friendly. BUT, the cost of a single filling was $438 (and that was with a discount), which is ridiculous. Next time I will opt for some place that charges more reasonable.
Julie was a great dental assistant. Satisfied with my visit and with the Dr. Elford and everyone that I came in contact with.
