Throughout my whole life I have had extreme dental anxiety and hated pretty much every dentist. However, this is hands down the best dentist I have ever seen out of the 4 states I’ve lived in. By far the best experience I have ever had at any medical/dental office. As an added bonus, they are building a brand new building an it looks to be gorgeous!
Tried to call them, but they just never answer. I can only assume the phone isn't a real phone and is instead hooked up to a digital system. There are no prices online, no details on anything, and I can't get the info over the phone. No, I won't just make an appointment without getting any information ahead of time and no, I'm not going to spend days emailing back and forth to get info that could be had with a 2 minute phone conversation. When I got my extractions done, I had already told them that I was a recovered addict, and the dentist pulled my partner aside and asked if the meds would send me down a bad path. Did he need to change them? They don't just care about your teeth, they care about your overall well-being. They're family there and they treat their clients like family. Proud to say I am no longer afraid of the dentist and I'm gonna be a patient of Gentle Dental for life 😌
Came out of my last visit with nice, clean teeth and was able to schedule both of my kiddos in as new patients, too! I'm very optimistic about this office. Very nice staff and have done a great job so far!
I have been a patient of Dr Nezhad for many years and have found him to be consistently the most empathetic, professional, and skillful dentist in the area. His son, who has joined him in the practice, did my most recent dental surgery (a molar extraction), and I found his work to be on par with his Dad's. All support and office staff are superior as well, friendly and focused and equally professional. I recommend this practice without hesitation.
