Fantastic experience with a dentist who cared more about me than the money. I have been to dentist (and walked out) when before they did anything was ask to be paid or sign a loan agreement. Dr Nezhad is a man among men. Just the best experience ever.
My first visit to Springfield Gentle Dental was for a serious problem. Dr. Nezhad explained several different options and spent extra time explaining the pros and cons of each option. The entire staff was warm and welcoming. The work was done promptly, with extreme attention to detail and at a reasonable cost. I could not be more pleased with my new dentists. Everyone there was so kind and cared about what I needed. I wasnt treated simply as a patient, but more like a close friend or family member. I can see why my husband has been going there his whole life. Absolutely amazing.
They got us in for an emergency appointment the same day and did a great job with my 7 year old daughter.
Have been with Dr. Nezhad since he first started! Best dentist in the world hands down! Wouldn't trust anyone else with my dental needs or my whole family. He did orthodontics on both my boys and their teeth are perfect! Office staff is wonderful and always gets me in no matter when I call. 10 stars!!
Very friendly staff! Wait time for any appointment I have had has never been more than 5 minutes even when I was there for an emergency appointment.
