I am a baby when it comes to the dentist. Dr. Pappas is an excellent dentist and I would highly recommend him to anybody! His staff is exceptional also. This is the most welcoming dental office I've ever seen! Outstanding staff, very warm and the most gentle professionals I've ever dealt with. I was so impressed with how nice everyone was and how they took such good care of me. They let me know everything they were doing when they were doing it and reassured me when I needed it. Don’t go here they don’t care anything about children. They leave them without dentists because they’re too stubborn they won’t take poor people to terrible place. Don’t do it. They’re obviously in it for the money, not the care
I kinda of felt taken because alot of the "scaling" was similar to what was done at my recent teeth cleaning. Also at my cleaning I asked the hygienist not use the water spray since my teeth are sensitive. My scaling was mostly with the water spray. I had her give me novacaine. I think I was charged for it.when I saw $15 on a undetermined charge on my.bill. I cancelled my 6 month cleaning scheduled for July. Your prices are very high so I'm going to.priorize what I get done.
Cleaning was good. I have good oral hyg so was told nothing much to clean. But I felt because I have state ins my options were never handed to me. I have a missing tooth and never had doc mentioned anything to fix this so I asked today about a flipper and was basically told by doc “ your ins won’t cover that.” He recommenced a bridge but also said “ ins won’t cover it. “ never bothered to give me a quote til I asked for one.
